Keith is a native of Chicago, Illinois but is no stranger to the state of Indiana earning a bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Purdue University, a master’s degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Coaching from Indiana State University, and his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to his investment and development in the field of physical therapy, Keith spent nearly 10 years as a full-time collegiate track and field coach at several Universities throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kansas.

His background in movement and sport started with a heavy investment in the sport of track and field as an athlete where he was very successful reaching the national championships three times, the USA Championships once, and the USA Olympic trials once as a Student-Athlete while at Purdue. As a physical therapist Keith has an interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and the use manual therapy along with movement to help patients re-educate their bodies to use efficient movements that leave them pain free and able to return to a lifestyle they enjoy.

In his free time Keith enjoys weight lifting, yoga, cooking, playing tennis and pickleball, or a long bike ride or walk with his wife and their Husky Nelly. Keith has maintained his educational pursuit by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and his connection to coaching, now working with a local Indianapolis area high school as an assistant, to give him a different perspective on movement and development.

“I am very excited to be able to impact the community in my unique role as a coach and physical therapist. It has been quite the journey but with any journey comes lots of experiences. In the first phase of my career I was an athlete learning to view the world as a coach. Now, I am a coach who knows the world of an athlete and can see it through the lens of a physical therapist.”
